Front Office
With many years of experience in the dental industry, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels welcome and informed. She began her career as a Certified Dental Assistant before transitioning to the role of front desk administrator, which she absolutely loves.
Michelle is committed to creating a smooth and positive experience for all patients, understanding that a visit to the dentist can be stressful for some. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellent customer service help foster a warm atmosphere in our office.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys photography, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and kids. She is excited to contribute to our mission of providing high-quality dental care in a supportive environment and is a proud member of the Meraki team.
Lily
Certified Dental Assistant
Lily obtained her bachelor’s degree of Art Education in Shanghai, China. After coming to Canada, she completed her Certified Dental Assisting program and worked in Victoria where she learned and immersed herself into the Canadian culture. She moved to South Surrey in 2022, where she fell in love with the diversity of this city.
Lily is very personable and used to teach dance to kids. Her pleasant demeanour and dedication to delivering quality care is very much appreciated by the patients and everyone that she works with.
At her down time, Lily likes spending time with her family, making crafts and listening to the music with her son, or having some precious time to read at home.
Tifa
Certified Dental Assistant
Tifa was born and raised in Taiwan; she moved to Vancouver where she learned to become a certified dental assistant, after graduating from high school. She enjoys dentistry where she gets to chat with patients about anything that she can think of and tries her best to make patients feel comfortable.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family. She has just become a mom in 2020 and she is in love with this new title. Now she reads with her little one every night, and she really enjoys motherhood.
Saj
Registered Dental Hygienist
Saj is a dental hygiene practitioner and graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Dental Science in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient - whether it’s their first visit or their regular check-up.
Saj believes that prevention and patient empowerment are key to long-term oral health. She values building long-term relationships with patients and loves connecting with people, chatting about everything from dental care to dogs - especially her own dog, Dexter! - coffee, travel, and food.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Saj on the softball field (where she’s been playing since she was four years old!), crocheting a variety of projects, or walking her dog!

Jessica
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jessica is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries. Before becoming a hygienist, she worked as a dental assistant, which inspired her to provide personalized oral hygiene care and oral hygiene education for her clients.
She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident while empowering them to care for their teeth through gentle, compassionate care.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Jessica enjoys connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds. Raised in Richmond, B.C., she loves the outdoors, travelling, exploring the ocean, colouring and spending time with her two poodles.
Kaitlyn
Certified Dental Assistant
Kaitlyn graduated from Vancouver Community College as a certified dental assistant in 2016. She wanted to get into healthcare at a young age with her love for people and desire for helping others.
Kaitlyn has a passion for providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for her patients with her warm and friendly personality. Her empathetic and positive attitude ensures that every patient feels calm, comfortable, and set at ease during their visit. She is dedicated to making each interaction as pleasant as possible. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family and her little red poodle named Rosie. In her free time she loves weightlifting, training at the gym, dark chocolate and music!
Jasper

Part Time Security Guard
Jasper is our delightful 10-year-old mascot who comes to work everyday with Dr. Vivian, bringing extra warmth and cheers to the clinic! When he's not napping, you’ll often find him wandering around the office, visiting patients and diligently checking for any “intruders” to ensure everyone is safe. Jasper is also a seasoned pro at helping patients relax, often hopping up to cuddle or keep them company during treatments. His gentle presence and sweet face are sure to melt away any jitters!
